Consider joining the HIV Special Needs Plan (SNP) moderated discussion group founded in 2000 and hosted on Yahoo Groups until mid December 2019. The group is now located on groups.io. The purpose of this list is to provide a forum for ideas, comments, links, job announcements and news about disease management and population health efforts throughout the country, with special emphasis on New York State’s Medicaid HIV Special Needs Plans. In 2020 the list added relevant links and articles about COVID-19.
